Personal Life Necessity Goals

>Getting Back to the Basics

DIET:
>Water, Vegetation, Meat
.....get educated and live w/needs met. Where is your expectation leading? Are you satisfied?

EXERCISE:
>No one sets out to be sluggish.
• So how do you get your shell on to make this S-Car go? BELIEVE
We're called believer's 4 a reason!
Break up your routine and get moving out of your comfort zone. Start small and work your way up.
Celebrate the victories, voice care and concern when you slip, and remember...NEVER GIVE UP!!!

REST:
Become rational about your energy. It is rarely exponential. Spend your time wisely and voice your concerns. Not everything can be handled w/in your desired timing. Be careful w/ your planning and careful about making promises. If plans need to change according to your tire/weariness, let it be so. It won't hurt too bad to reschedule, but lack of good quality rest may hurt worse than is noticeably recognized (fatigue).

Emo. Health:
EV-ONE has probably heard the expression...chase after what makes you happy. There's a little value in that, but we shouldn't be stockholders in this, ESP. surface level happiness. Some worldly ideas of this have much to do with what others or myself may think the road to happiness looks, feels, sounds, smells, and tastes like. But with as fickle hearts as we ourselves have, we can rarely please ourselves into fulfillment. Eventually our wells we dig run dry or just aren't as deep as desired. God truly knows what is fulfilling in our lives and since he is Creator, when we desire Him to be our live well, then He will offer such as Himself to see that we live well!
•Emotional stability can be reached as we prayerfully consider the direction of our relationships, thought lives, consumption, affairs, attitude, expectations, and desires. One vital aspect of this stability depends upon the company that we keep. We should come to an agreement that isolation is not good because we are made appropriately for experiencing community. So be careful to seek out a healthy balance in your time with friends, family, romantics, and meeting new peeps or getting through acquaintance with others. The more available you make yourself to others when needed, the better flow you may find throughout the highs and the lows. There is a time to be poured into and also a time to pour out. When you can manage to stir gratefulness and positivity within your connection with yourself and others, then the truth will lend you valuable lessons to level you out and into contentment. And as the torch is carried along the path, your giving away and receiving will only multiply the shining of that light. Be encouraged, you are not alone and hope is simply in a shift of outlook.

Giving:

Work:

Reception: (Receiving)
 • what's your take? Even perception

Beliefs: Faith/Worldview
•Faith- the conviction of things unseen, the assurance of things hoped for.
By faith we understand that the universe was created by the Word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things visible. Heb. 11

We must come to agreement that the life within us because of God's salvation did not come from this world. If this new life is not of this world, then we should not expect things of this world to bring fulfillment unto salvation.

Grow into maturity of prayer, trust, relation with God the Trinity, devotion. Resting in Him. His cross.

Our 5-fold ministry of XA is only as biblical as we find understanding these as truth and necessity for life.

God has plans, great plans! We must find the treasure of His worth in us. Be restored and renewed and convinced that we are not who we once were. It's by grace we've been saved and only by His grace will we walk by faith and not by sight.

So we must come to fullest expression of Christ in our lives daily also considering the valuable makeup in the moments of the day - that makes a world of difference!

The Courage of One

http://www.vimeo.com/38191931

The link above goes to a video of the story of a young girl whose life was let go because she chose to stand for the name of Jesus Christ as her way of life, even after being held at gunpoint. Her name is Rachel Scott and she lived her life to the fullest even as she left the earth at age seventeen. She was the first person killed of many that day of the Columbine High School shooting in 1999. She was a brave young lady and as her life sprung the curiosity of others, her death also continues to touch millions of lives as she believed she would, stating that very belief in secret on the back of her bedroom dresser when she was thirteen. Here family has a website for her called Rachelschallenge.org--sharing of Rachel's faith and more. I'm not the first to be moved by her story, nor the last. So I simply carry the message for others to hear of the courage one wished to impress upon millions!
